Our nearest airport is Grenoble at 90km (1hr30), the airport is serviced all year round by several low cost airlines including Easyjet, Ryanair and Thomson fly.  There are regular services from Stanstead in the south and Manchester in the north and from Dublin.

• Chambéry-Savoie airport is 115km (1hr45), and provides winter flights from the low cost airlines.
• Lyon 140km (2hr00) and Geneva 190km (2hr45) airports are much larger international airports with a large number of flights available.
• We can provide a pick up service from both Grenoble and Lyon Airports and also Grenoble Train and Bus station.

There are car hire rental providers at each of the airports as well as coach and train services. 

If you arrive at Lyon or Geneva by plane we recommend catching the train to Grenoble.  From Lyon you can take the train direct from the airport terminal to Grenoble, and at Geneva you take a 2 minute ride to the city centre to change for the Grenoble service – the train is inexpensive and you can take your bike with you.

By Car

Directions to Enjoy Oisans from Lyon/Grenoble:

From Lyon stay on the A480/E712 around Grenoble until junction 8, the turning for the N85. and signposted “Station de Oisans”.

From junction 8, follow the road and you will come to a roundabout, take the second exit (straight over) following the signs to VIZILLE N85.

As you approach Vizille, you will come to a roundabout (just after a petrol station on the left) and a sign for BOURG D’OISANS N91.  Take the first exit (a right turn) on to the N91.  Continue along the road for approx 28km, it will bring you to Bourg d’Oisans.

As you come into the town slow down. On the right hand side of the road you will pass the Hotel Oberland, it is decorated with bikes, and on the left you will see the VFD bus garage.  After these landmarks you need to take the next turning on the right before the war memorial.  Follow the road up until you reach a small crossroads.  Carry on over the crossroads and on the left you will see a sign indicating “Parking” find a space anywhere in the car park, the car park is a free public car park.  You have arrived!

In front of the car park is a path reached from either end of the car park, take the path along the front of the car park and in the middle and you will find a set of stairs leading down between two houses and into a courtyard, at the end of the courtyard follow the path to the right and you will find the front door to the Enjoy Oisans House.
